The 8th grade Byron Middle School Academic Team won the Route 72 Conference Tournament.
This is the second year in a row they've won it.
Alex's team is undefeated last year and this year, save an embarrassing and memorable defeat against the parents' team last year.
The Elder Eggheads are preparing for Tuesday's meet, so they may hand their children their second defeat!
Update: The Elder Eggheads, umm, lost to the Byron 8th Grade Academic Team.
